Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
We hope your swimmer will participate in all 5 meets; however, we understand if that is not possible. Everyone MUST RSVP to indicate if your swimmer is OR is not swimming for each meet. If you do not RSVP your swimmer will not be placed in events for the meet. The deadline to RSVP is 12pm on the Friday before the Monday meet. This is very important as our coaches have to create the lineup for each meet. This involves working with the other team's coaches to assign heats and lanes to ensure that all attending swimmers participate in as many events as possible, in as few heats as possible. The line up is very difficult to change once it is created.

First Steps:
1. Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
2. Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up your swimmer and yourself for a meet.
Swimmer Signup
To declare attendance and for swimmer(s):
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your swimmer(s)' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
- You can leave a note for the coaches if, for example, you will arrive late or need to leave early.
- Click Save to record your choices.
PLEASE NOTE: You can RSVP your swimmer for all meets at the beginning of the season. Please make all of your selections and choose Save. You are then done with this step for the entire season, and it makes your job and coaches/administrators' jobs easier!
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGN UP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
