East Spring Lake Blue Dolphins

No special gear or equipment is required! However, your swimmer may prefer to use goggles, to keep water from his or her eyes, and a swim cap (especially for girls) to keep hair out of the face and out of the way.  

Our team has a team swim suit that can be ordered via our site to be worn as our team "uniform" suit for meets.  It can obviously be worn for practices as well! However, it is not required.  Swimmers should feel free to swim in any suit in which he or she is comfortable, although one-piece swimsuits are required for girls for swim meets (i.e., no bikinis or tankinis).
